Triecap Princess Zara ~ her ongoing success was enabled through our carefully managed showing campaign for our younger Beagles shared with her brother Prince Zaphar that has resulted in Best Puppy, Best of Breed and Group placings. Princess Zara competed at the Crufts Dog Show 2010-2011-2012-2013-2014 & 2015 and resulting from her famous victory in the Limit Bitch class at the Three Counties Championship June 2011 was accordingly awarded a UK Kennel Club Stud Book Number and is now qualified to compete at the Crufts Dog Show every year throughout her lifetime.
Princess Zara during the summer of 2013 popped out of the show arena to give birth to three wonderful puppies. This would be a special litter in two very different ways. The first, would mean these puppies would be a true TRIECAP blood line, which my late husband Michael Jacklin and I had been planning for many years. The other, would be the names of each puppy to be in honour of Michael who sadly passed away a month earlier. They would be named King Michael, King Jack and our last puppy would be named fittingly and symbolically Queen Ruby after our forty year wedding anniversary which would be our last. 2014 / 2015 would also see Princess Zara once again come out of the show arena to have a second litter to six beautiful puppies. Princess Zara quickly shook off her pregnancy weight though to compete once again at the Crufts Dog Show 2015. May 2015 will see Princess Zara leave the show ring to begin a new career in the ‘Veteran Bitch’ show rings. Little does she know now she will be entitled to a sausage forgetting to the latter stages of her career at each and every championship show.
